So what exactly is this program? It is an exclusive arrangement of benefits designed to thank customers today, tomorrow and into the future. Each benefit is explained below. These benefits are included with any new or pre-owned vehicle purchase. 3 DAY / 100 MILE VEHICLE EXCHANGE
Purchasing a new or used vehicle has never been more worry free. Skip any regrets for purchasing a vehicle without a sunroof or leather upholstery. Or, switch vehicles completely. Simply exchange your vehicle for any in-stock vehicle the same price or greater within 3 days of purchase or 100 miles, whichever comes sooner. There is a limit of one exchange per customer. Factory orders are excluded.

$7 LUBE, OIL & FILTER CHANGES
Enjoy unlimited $7 lube, oil & filter changes at Paul Conte Chevrolet for as long as you own your vehicle. Full synthetic or diesel oil changes are additional but remain discounted. Ask your salesperson for details.

ANNUAL NEW YORK STATE INSPECTIONS
Your annual New York State Inspections are always included with your new or pre-owned vehicle purchase for as long as you own your vehicle.

Make sure we have your current email address on file! Why? Throughout the year, you will receive exclusive parts, accessories, service and vehicle offers.

$250 REFERRAL REWARDS
Our goal is to provide such a world class experience so that you refer all your friends and family to us today, tomorrow and for years to come. For each customer you refer to us who buys a vehicle from us, we will send you a check for $250.00.
Qualifications:
The referred customer must not currently be an active prospect in Paul Conte Chevrolet database. Active prospect is defined as having had contact (in person or other) within the last 21 days.
Dealership personnel and their families are excluded from participating in this program.
Referring customer may receive a Form 1099 at year end should their rewards exceed IRS laws.
Referring customer must complete $250 Referral Rewards Form (see dealer) and this form must be signed by a sales manager, general manager or owner and submitted for payment.
Prior sales excluded. Customers with factory orders are excluded from participating in this program.
In the event of a dispute, Paul Conte Chevrolet has the final say. All decisions are final.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for reward delivery.
PRIORITY SERVICE SCHEDULING
Everyone is created equal, but our customers are “more equal”. When scheduling your service visit, notify your service consultant that you purchased your vehicle from us and we will expedite wherever we can to accommodate your service needs.
