Time to Par-tay! My husband and I are not hard drinkers. A bottle of anything can last a year or more for us. He has had Sake before. I have not. But let me tell you. I will be making sure we buy some more of this when we get low. Goodness and I do believe this is one time when a little definitely goes a long way. I have heard that the reason the cups that Sake is drank out of are so small because this is some strong stuff and let me tell you….it sure is.

Triple-distilled. Agave-forward with a clean and crisp finish.

TASTING NOTES


Crystal clear, vibrant tequila. A quick, smooth warming of the palate—without the burn—which culminates in a nice, clean finish. Great for sipping with a simple squeeze of lime and as a cocktail base.

LA COLMENA

OUR TAKE ON A TRADITIONAL BEE’S KNEES COCKTAIL, LA COLMENA MEANS BEEHIVE IN SPANISH.

2 oz. Blue Nectar Silver
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. honey syrup
2 cucumber wheels (one for garnish)
Powdered cayenne pepper

Lightly muddle cucumber with honey syrup and lemon juice. Add tequila and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe. Dust with cayenne pepper and garnish with a cucumber wheel.
