1. Take a deep breath.

You'll feel better when you eat healthy meals made with whole foods instead of fast food or processed snacks. If possible, try eating breakfast every day so that your body has something nutritious in its system before tackling the day's challenges. 

Also, snack on fruits and vegetables throughout the day to keep your energy levels up without loading up on too much sugar or fat (it's easy to overeat junk food). 

8. Practice self-care every day!

Practicing self-care every day can help improve your mental health, which in turn will help you to feel less anxious. When you feel good about yourself and your life, it can be easier to handle whatever challenges come your way.

There are many different types of self-care. You may find that some days you want to take a bubble bath or go for a walk, while other days you need to spend some time alone reading a book or watching TV. So instead of focusing on what other people have or what other people don't have, focus on what YOU have and how YOU can use it to make things happen for yourself and those around you!
