On this account, you can find all kinds of different posts related to mental health problems and how they affect people’s lives in general.

What happens when you're an Instagram blogger, but your entire body of work is meant to make people feel better about things? That's the question that Twenty-four-year-old Instagram blogger My Mind, My Story has been answering since she first started her account in 2016.
The young woman behind the account, who prefers to remain anonymous, had been struggling with mental health issues for years. When she finally got treatment and started to feel better, she sought a way to share what she'd learned with others. “I didn't want anyone else to feel like I did,” she says. “I was very lucky that I started therapy early and was able to manage my anxiety relatively well.”
As someone who has been on both sides of the coin—both struggling with mental health and healing from it—My Mind, My Story's approach is more than just inspirational quotes. She offers practical tips on how to manage day-to-day life and how to communicate with your loved ones about mental health issues. She's also released video tutorials that teach viewers how to make mood boards, collages, and other DIY projects that can help them express themselves in a healthy way.
- The therapy for black girls
You might have noticed a trend on the social media platform Instagram, which is teeming with wellness and self-help accounts like @the_unplugged_yogi, @blackgirlsmove and @theholisticpsychologist. One of the most popular accounts is called @therapyforblackgirls, or “therapy for Black girls” in lowercase letters. The account, created by licensed psychologist Dr. Joy Harden Bradford (who also has her own private practice), includes daily posts that help people cope with mental health challenges — especially Black women, who are often overlooked within the field of psychology.
The Instagram account, which has over 70,000 followers and counting, is just one part of therapyforblackgirls.com. The larger project includes a podcast where Bradford interviews other experts on topics ranging from sex and dating to depression and suicide prevention. It also includes a comprehensive directory that can help you find a licensed therapist who is Black or a person of color — something Bradford found lacking when she was looking for a therapist herself in graduate school.
All of this work is done in service to an important cause: reducing the stigma around mental health treatment among Black women and girls.

The happy list is an Instagram blog that has been around for quite some time now. It has helped people with their mental health and also with getting over depression.
It is a platform where people can share their stories, struggles and mental health experiences.
The Happy List is the brainchild of two friends, who wanted to create a platform where people could share their stories. They wanted to create a community where people could come together and help each other out by sharing their struggles and also their victories.
They both suffered from depression when they were younger and wanted to provide a platform for people like them who suffer from mental health issues.
The Happy List has become incredibly popular over the years and it now has over 100k followers on Instagram alone!
