Life is stressful, there is no doubt. Between your family, your job, money troubles, and all the things you have to do — it can be tough to find peace. But with just a few simple tips, you'll be able to find peace and joy in the stress of life.

1.Remember that your family is got your back

When we're stressed out, it's easy to focus on the things that are making us feel under pressure. We might get caught up in our own thoughts and feelings about what we're going through—and forget about the people who love us and want us to be happy.

But it's important to remember that your family is there for you. They want to see you succeed, even if they don't always know how to help. They want to see you happy and healthy, even if they aren't always sure how best they can do that for themselves.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by life's stresses, try taking time out each day to connect with your loved ones. Call them up or send them a text message just to say hello and let them know how much they mean to you. It doesn't matter if there's nothing specific going on at the moment. Remembering that your family has got your back can help take some weight off your shoulders and give you peace in an otherwise uncertain world.

2. Create a gratitude notebook

A gratitude notebook is a place where you can write down everything that makes you feel grateful. It might be something simple like “I'm grateful for this cookie” or “I'm grateful I got to see my friends today.” Or it could be something big like, “I'm grateful that my dad is healthy.”

The idea behind the gratitude notebook is that by focusing on the good in your life, you'll be able to create more peace around the stressful parts of your day.

You might have heard of the 5-minute journal before, which is another way to build gratitude into your day and it takes less than five minutes. A gratitude journal works just like any other journal. 

You write down what's going on with your life and how you feel about it. But instead of just writing down anything random (like what you did at work yesterday), you want to focus on all of the things that make YOU happy.

Try writing down three things every night before bed, and see how much better it makes you feel!

3.Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community. But it can also be an effective way to help you find peace in the stress of life. 

This is because volunteering gives you purpose. You may feel like you have no direction, or that you're not sure what your next step is. Volunteering gives you a sense of purpose and helps you feel like your life has meaning, which can be very comforting during times of stress.

It also helps you relax. If you're stressed out about something, it's important to take time for yourself and do something relaxing. Volunteering gives you an opportunity to step back from your everyday responsibilities and focus on something else for a while.

More importantly, volunteering builds self-confidence. When we help others, we often learn more about ourselves than we realize. We might discover that we're capable of more than we thought possible, or that we have a particular skill set that others value highly — both of these things build self-confidence in a person who needs it most!

4. Take a moment to pray

When you pray, you give yourself a chance to take a step back from what is happening in your life and focus on what matters most. You can choose to focus on the people who love you, or on something bigger than yourself—like your faith or your relationship with God.

Praying can help you feel at peace because it reminds you that there is always something bigger than whatever it is that's stressing you out. It gives you a chance to appreciate that no matter how difficult things seem right now, there will be an end to this struggle, and it will be better than it is now.

5. Take care of yourself

When you are well-rested, well-nourished, and generally healthy, it is easier to remain calm and focused when things go wrong.

Contrary, when you are exhausted and hungry, it is more difficult to stay positive and optimistic. In fact, many studies have found that people who are sleep-deprived or malnourished tend to be more anxious than those who have proper rest and nutrition. It's no surprise that these two factors contribute to our overall happiness and when we're happy, we tend to get along better with others!

So, in order for us to be at our best as a society (and individually), we must take care of ourselves. We need restful sleep every night so that we don't get too tired during the day—and make sure that we eat healthy meals regularly so that we don't feel hungry or cranky all the time.

6. Be Kind To Yourself & Others

Being kind to yourself means that you accept the person that you are, even when your life doesn't look exactly how you want it to. It means forgiving yourself for mistakes and failures, and not letting other people's opinions affect how you feel about yourself. And it means being kind to others, too whether those people are strangers or friends, family members or coworkers.

More importantly, being kind to others means being considerate of them and their needs, even when they're different from yours. It also means being generous with your time and energy, which will help build relationships based on mutual support rather than obligation or expectation.

7. Take Deep Breaths

Deep breathing is a simple technique that is effective at calming your nervous system and quieting your mind. It's something you can do anywhere, anytime—even in the middle of a stressful situation.

The physical effects of deep breathing are numerous. It slows your heart rate, lowers blood pressure and anxiety levels, increases oxygen to the brain, and calms your nerves. All of these benefits make it easier for you to focus on the present moment rather than worrying about what may come next.

Try this exercise next time you're feeling stressed out. Take five long deep breaths through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth while counting down from ten to one. You'll feel better right away!

8. Accept your feelings without judgment

When you're stressed, it's easy to lose sight of the fact that you're human—that you're allowed to feel what you feel and that there's no right or wrong way to experience your emotions.

When we start judging ourselves for our feelings and experiences, we begin to feel like we're not good enough. We start believing that some emotions are acceptable, but others are not. The truth is that all emotions serve a purpose, and all of them deserve respect and validation.

In addition to that, when we judge ourselves for having negative emotions like anger or sadness, those emotions can build up over time, leading us down a path toward depression or anxiety disorders. But when we allow ourselves to experience these emotions without judgment, they become an opportunity for growth and learning instead of just another reason to beat yourself up!

Finding peace in life can be difficult, but it is always possible. Try to build up your emotional resilience by following some of the tips above and remembering that you have this power within yourself. Don't let stress overwhelm you, find peace within yourself even during high-pressure times.
