Kitchen Curry Master brings together – everything you need to get started and become a curry master in your own kitchen. The kit is ideal for new cooks who love Indian food, as well as those who'd like a little tuneup on the cuisine. Most recipes require only simple pan and oven techniques. If you can make chili, you can conquer this one. There are a couple of different things we are wantng ti try out, if were ever home long enough.

This traditional spice box is simply beautiful. It's a large round container with an airtight lid and inside are brushed stainless steel spice cups, one large cup for the mixed spices, and seven smaller cups for the individual spices. Kitchen Curry Master provides all the tools you need to create delicious curry dishes like Spicy Rice, Potato Curry, Spicy Shrimp Curry, Grilled Chicken Masala, Lamb Madras, Ground Beef Kebabs, Red Chutney, and many more!

2 lbs uncooked shrimp or chicken
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ lemon squeezed
1 small handful fresh cilantro
bbq sticks
FROM THE SPICE BOX:

½ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon chili powder*

*Note: if you prefer a hotter spice level 
increase the amount of chili powder by ¼ teaspoon increments to suit your taste. Be cautious!

ESSENTIAL PREPARATION:

If using chicken, dice into approximately 1 ½ inch pieces
Peel and chop the garlic as finely as possible
Finely chop the cilantro
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and then cover. Let it marinade in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours
Skewer the shrimp or chicken on bbq sticks (recommend soaking wooden sticks for 30 minutes first)
Get grilling
Suggested serving accompaniments include Red Chutney and salad
