Most recently working in the insurance field, Deeds has numerous experiences within the Central Coast, including 12 years as General Manager with IHG Hotels, with Marriott International, and independent hotels as well. She also brings experience in both accounting and human resources with a proven record of accomplishment, which will be invaluable in helping meet the hotel’s goals and objectives. In her role as Human Resource Manager, her focus on associate retention, hiring, and Embassy Suites-branded training will be paramount. Her years of experience in hotel accounting responsibilities will also prove invaluable.
