Exercise in a bag. I really like that I don't have to go to the gym to exercise. I am a stay at home mom and we live in the country. It it hard to get into the city to go to the gym. With FitKit I go to the gym anywhere and anytime I want. The FitKit comes in its own bag and it small enough that I can carry it with me wherever I go. And no one needs to know. I really like is I can take my kids to the park and I can get in some exercise while they are running around playing. I don't have to just sit there and watch them until it's time to leave. I can also get some exercise in during my break or lunch time. My friends and I like to get together wherever we are and don't have to worry about bumping into people or waiting to use a particular machine.
I like that I can put the kids on the bus in the morning or take them to school if they have to be there earlier and I can either stop at the park on the way home or come home and still be able to get my exercise in and not have to waste gas or free up some time to go all the way into the city.
