Feeling sick is a pretty familiar feeling for everyone. There are many things that can make you feel nauseated, and sometimes even cause you to vomit. However, pinning down what's making you feel ill isn't always easy. Sometimes it's easy to tell, but other times you might struggle to think of an explanation. These are just some of the reasons you might feel a little ill.
Flu, Stomach Bug, Etc.
It would be great if you could avoid ever getting ill. Unfortunately, there are always bugs and viruses you can pick up. Sometimes when you're feeling ill, it could be caused by a stomach bug or the flu. Often these will get better on their own, but a trip to the doctor is sometimes necessary.
Dehydrated or Hungry
Remembering to eat or drink enough can be surprisingly hard to do. You can get distracted or too focused, or perhaps spend more time than usual exercising or sitting in the sun. If you feel sick, try to have some water and something to eat to see if it helps.
Anxiety or Stress
How you feel emotionally can also make you feel ill. Think about how you feel and pay close attention to what else your body is doing. Maybe your heart is racing, or your breathing is a little quicker. These could be signs of anxiety or stress, so finding a way to calm down could help you feel better.
Food Poisoning
Food poisoning isn't pleasant, but many people experience it during their lifetime. It could happen because of something you cooked at home, bought from a store, or ate at a restaurant.
