American Classic Mini Cheese Burgers
2 lb. lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
4 slices American Cheese (cut into 4 pieces)
1 box Old London® White Cheddar Melba Snacks
Preheat broiler. Form ground beef into 2 inch round and very flat patties, and place onto broiler proof pan. Broil 3 minutes; turn patties over and broil second sides until beef is cooked to at least 155°F or above. Top patties with cheese. Broil patties until cheese melts. Place each burger onto a Melba Snack White Cheddar and the top with another Melba Snack. Serve with your favorite condiments.
Potato-Skin-Style Melba Snacks
1 strip center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
4 Old London ® Roasted Garlic Melba Snacks
2 Tbsp. reduced-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 Tbsp. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. scallions (chopped)
Cook bacon until crispy, either in a skillet over medium heat or on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave. (See package for cook time.) Chop once cool enough to handle. Place Melba Snacks on a microwave-safe plate, and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave for 20 seconds, or until cheese has melted. Top with sour cream, and sprinkle with chopped bacon and scallions. Snack time!
