We are a family that loves to try new recipes and things to eat. We are always looking for something new and exciting. Recently we had the chance to try Home Chef and we are so happy we did. Home Chef company that provides freshly prepared meals for shipping. The meals are made with fresh, natural ingredients and can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
What's really great is your food is to the profile you create, there are three of us when our family takes a much needed weekend. And this comes in really good . The directions are so easy to follow and the size of the meal, when done, is perfect. They are shipped shortly after your food is prepared so that they are fresh. Never kept frozen but are safe in cold containers, that are triple insulated. So easy to prep and serve in no time at all.
We have no complaints , the food arrived cold and fresh and we were able to use it. We couldn't wait , to get started . Ray loves to cook and this was great for the both of us.
This dish has ALL THE SAUCES, which is why it’s so heavenly. The original Tiger Sauce is a piquant blend of more than 20 ingredients and a cayenne pepper base. We make our version with a blend of ponzu and sambal sauces mixed with mirin, miso, honey, and ginger. It makes a sweet and spicy glaze that is just lovely on chicken with a side of sugar snap peas.

Use enough of some of the hotter ingredients to not make it to hot, But this was very tasty and the flavor was great. And here is our finished meal.

I love the idea of these meal kit delivery services, and they’ve recently started up in Denmark, but they rarely have a vegetarian option and I can’t justify the premium it costs vs. just buying the ingredients at the store.
How to you feel the price of the kit stacks up to just buying the ingredients yourself at the grocery store, or having them delivered?
The Home Chef Meal Box makes it super easy to prepare those weeknight meals that would otherwise be so chaotic. What I love is that it looks nice once it’s done and that you don’t have to drive all over creation to find the ingredients. I am looking at the website now.
