Protein Power Pregnancy Breakfast

o 1 cup Boost It Up!

o 1 small banana or 3/4 cup of your favorite berries

o 2 tbsp flax, freshly ground (helps with constipation and provides omega-3s)

o 1 tbsp hemp seed nut, hemp protein, or psyllium husk (for fiber)

o 1 tbsp wheat germ (for B vitamins)

o 3 (200-milligram) fish oil capsules (break and use oil)

o Blend, enjoy!

o 1 frozen banana

o 1 cup organic whole milk {or milk of choice}

o 1 raw medjool date

o 1 tbsp peanut butter
