Ingredients:
- 34 chocolate sandwich cookies
- Mixed Berry Yonanas (double this recipe)
Directions:
- To make the pie crust: In a food processor, pulse sandwich cookies until they resemble grains of sand
- Form crust in pie pan and freeze until it sets
- Make Mixed Berry Yonanas recipe, doubled
- Use a spatula to scoop and the smooth the mixed berry yonanas into the cookie pie shell
- Cover and freeze for a minimum of four hours
- Let pie thaw approximately 30 minutes before slicing.
