Recently everyone in the house have decided to eat healthy and do more exercise, when I was contacted by Balance Bar I was more then excited to review their bars. I was given two kinds Peanut Butter and Cookie Dough, Right now im going to talk about the peanut butter I love this one/

What made me want to do this review was the fact that I reviewed other bars and this one was great so having this bar from  other line of bars with the same name did not exactly fill me with a great sense of anticipation.

This bar had a harder peanut butter outer coating and the interior protein mix was basically the consistency of peanut butter.

Balance Bar offers over 20 varieties of bars based on the 40-30-30 nutrition principle – a proven formula developed by scientists to help maintain your blood sugar levels already within a normal range. They help fill you up and give you energy that lasts through your workouts and daily activities.

I will eat one of these as lunch because I rarely will eat anything as a meal. I eat my cereal and then I eat dinner . So this is great as a lunch and I love them.
