I want to twin because I have wanted to try cooking with a pressure cooker for a long time. My mom always used one when I was growing up, but this is definitely not my mom’s pressure cooker.

Pressure cookers are awesome! I’ve always wanted one and mom and my grandmothers used them. I was scared of the pressure in them, but meat comes out so tender and wonderful that I’m going for it. I need my own, though!
