2lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2lb fresh trimmed green beans
1 1/2lbs quartered baby potatoes(red or gold)
⅓ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
2 cloves minced garlic
Place chicken breast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add green beans on top to one side and potatoes on top on the other side.
In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic together.
Pour mixture over the chicken, green beans, and potatoes.
Cover with lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove the lid, season to taste, and serve.
