These Smoothie Supplements Are Great For Your Health Plus They Taste Pretty Good

Recently, supplements have made a huge impression on anyone wanting to be healthier, both physically and mentally.  Whether you want to improve your skin or help your moods and sleep, taking a supplement is the way to go.  Nowadays people try to stay away from traditional medicine.  Healthful Seasons sent me their Winter Cherry Smoothie Enhancing Powder with Ashwagandha and Collagen Peptides.  Starting the new year using these will give you a head start to a more healthier you!

Have you heard of ashwagandha or collagen peptides?  When you want a lift in mood or possibly a stress reliever, you should be using ashwagandha.  I have anxiety and depression so I can't wait to start on these supplements.  I've always wanted to see if they would help but I wasn't sure how to ingest it.  This smoothie powder makes it so easy to mix into my morning breakfast smoothie.  It's almost like a reminder so that I don't miss it.

Collagen peptides will help with hair, skin, and nails.  Collagen is what gives our skin its elasticity and strength, so it's obvious that we certainly need it.  When we don't have enough of this it shows itself in wrinkles, crepey skin, and those lovely lines on our faces.

You don't have to use these supplement powders in smoothies, you can use them in any of your favorite beverages.  I tried it in water, which I wouldn't recommend.  It just doesn't have a good flavor alone.  I'm going to try it in my choice of pop (soda pop) to see if that's better.  It tastes great in the smoothie!  It gives my banana, strawberry, and blueberry a little cherry kick that I love.
