This product I have never heard of before. I am a person who has lots of cleaners that I try and see which ones I like better. I have come across this product called soap nuts. They are certified organic laundry detergent. I looked into this a little further. These soap nuts have been used for centuries as a natural laundry detergent. These berries grow wild in tropical countries, are hand harvested and then allowed to dry in the sun.t he seed is removed, and the shells are used for cleaning.
When they arrived there were 5 soap nuts in a muslin bag. Which you make sure is tied tightly and put in washing machine. Put in your load of laundry and wash in warm or hot water. These soap nuts are good for about 5 loads of laundry. You can tell they are no good anymore when they turn grey.
These soap nuts are certified organic with USDA and EcoCert. 100% all natural and biodegradable. Hypoallergenic and safe for all sensitive skin. Safe for all colors and types of fabric. Safe and effective for cloth diapers. Works with regular and hE machines.
Soap nuts can be used for washing hair, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, all purpose cleaner, window/glass cleaner and mosquito repellent.
I had used them on a load of laundry. The clothes seemed to be clean. I didn't see anything different then normal washing with laundry detergent. There was no fragrance.
The soap nuts bath bar. Wet soap with water and lather and rinse. Ingredients are olive oil, coconut oil, filtered water, certified organic soap nuts, and glycerin. This soap made me feel clean. Left my skin feeling soft. I like the fact of it having coconut oil. As it is a natural and an anti inflammatory.
I also received a sarod scrub pad which is biodegradable. Made from coconut natural fiber. Stays fresh and effective for months. Uses less soap but produces more suds. All surface friendly. It will remove the most baked on grease effortlessly. But will not scratch your non stick pans or delicate china. It is non toxic, odorless, no bacteria, no germs, safe for your hands. Rinses clean with water. Non absorbent. Air dry. You can dispose in the garden or yard. For more information click here.
