California

Utah

The red rock canyons are some of the state’s most notable features. These stand out amongst the remote mountain ranges and rapid waterways.

Water lovers stay satisfied with over 4,000 lakes and reservoirs where calm waters allow for fishing and swimming. People may catch glimpses of elk, bald eagles, and mountain goats while enjoying these outdoor spots.

Minnesota

There are 11,842 lakes in Minnesota. Fishing enthusiasts, canoeists, and paddle-boarders alike will stay busy exploring each one. Fans of the Mississippi River can also see where it starts in Itasca State Park.

Minnesota receives more snowfall on average than most states. This is reflected in over 22,000 miles of snowmobile trails. Lake Superior sees particularly heavy snowfall and offers breathtaking views in the winter.

The Northern Lights are clear in Minnesota. Go to these places for the best views of it. To see it from your home, buy a place in the northernmost part of the state.
