The bottle has a flip-cap with a small circle that you can squirt the product out of. I decided to apply it with a cotton ball . It doesn’t take very much, so the bottle will go a long way. The product is liquid and has a smell of alcohol. It applies on like water and dries quickly because of the alcohol.

  2. I have a couple of patches of dry and ITCHY skin that drive me nuts!! Seriously…I scratch until I bleed and then it hurts. It’s an awful cycle, so I am always interested in trying something that might relieve it.
