The diet of the majority of college students has absolutely nothing to do with the concepts of healthy, nutritious or complete, since many young people after appearing in the new environment – a student dormitory, start ignoring rules of optimum nutrition. And yet good and healthy meals are necessary in conditions of high mental and physical activity of students.


1) Don’t forget about the breakfast!

Breakfast is an irreplaceable part of a healthy diet; morning meals supply your body with energy and give you many other benefits, so it needs to be nutritious and healthy; it’s better to eat cereals, vegetables or fruits.

2) Take healthy snacks with you.

3) Say “no” to fast-food.
