I got three boxes of Voila Hallah Bread Mixes to try. One was a traditional egg bread mix, one a wholey wheat and the other a simple spelt mix. I’ve only had egg bread from the store and restaurants so I wasn’t sure how I would do with the mixes but once they arrived the directions seemed easy to follow.
The direction was easy and I had all the ingredients on hand to add to the box mix. This was so much easier than the way I make bread. I wasn’t trying to knead a whole bunch of dough, and the proofing process was so much shorter so that meant we were eating rolls sooner. Loved them all and so did the family it's that simple to make and the taste was everything you would think it to be.
