what to serve at a tea party

Hosting a tea party is a fun way to catch up with your closet girlfriends. I think the best part of hosting a tea party is deciding what type of tea you will serve and what kind of food you will serve. One of my favorite desserts I like to serve is Subarz! If you have never heard of Subarz before, read on to find out what you have been missing out on and how you can your hands on some.

What to Serve

Trying to figure out what to serve at your tea party can be as easy or challenging as you want it. You will want to be aware of any food intolerance or challenges your guests may have as well as being able to provide foods that they can still enjoy.

For food, you should serve light food such as egg salad sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches, smoked salmon sandwiches, etc. Other great items to serve are scones or Subarz. Subarz are a cross between mandelbread/biscotti and a cookie. Subarz come in a variety of flavors and varieties, including gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free. They are truly unique as you get the best of both worlds, soft, but yet crunchy. These yummy treats are so good, it's hard to eat just one. They come in the perfect bite-size that not only will they look pretty on your table, but will be sure to get a lot comments from your guest saying that they “never had anything like this before”. Plus, they come already wrapped in the cutest dollies that I have seen.
