There are so many reasons why anyone would need to see a therapist, from having anxiety and being hurt to name a couple. And theres no reason not to let someone know if you're seeing one because, of your mental health.

This I know from my own life, and I am not afraid to say so. I have major anxiety and have had my share of being depressed, Better Help has some leads to help you find the therapist you need and want, and for what you need. Also, a lot of people who tend to get easily nervous over stressful activities are actually prone to having anxiety depression, its just a matter of being strong-willed when it comes to facing difficult and stress-prone activities.

It may be pretty hard to overcome at first, but trying to be calm and cool in times of extreme pressure is what’ll actually save your mental health from going totally downward spiral.

So, if you are not depressed, you are likely to have an anxiety disorder sometime in your life. Of course, you could have both anxiety and depression. But how can you tell the difference this is where the therapist can, help with what you have and help you get through this with help

Always remember there is a therapist there to always help you, and finding one on BetteHelp is easy and fast, they have some all over the United States, go to the website and find one in your area and see them and feel better about yourself. There are so many places to go and get help for therapy in Austin, one of the few good places you can go to.

Being depressed and not getting help isn't the way to handle it, seeing someone and talking to them is, being able to speak to someone who isn't here to judge you, is always better, I know for me talking to someone and having them not judge me is the best feeling.

For me, I feel self helpless, and seeing someone makes it all seem better and worth it. They are there when you need someone to talk too, and have the kindness you need when dealing with so many things that are thrown at you.

What's the difference between anxiety and depression?

Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of intense anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes (panic attacks).

These feelings of anxiety and panic interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger and can last a long time. You may avoid places or situations to prevent these feelings. Symptoms may start during childhood or the teen years and continue into adulthood

For me I have a feeling of being trapped in a room if its to crowded, a overwhelming sense of I need to get out, chest pains and then a full-blown panic attack

DEPRESSION

Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It interferes with your day-to-day activities. Symptoms of depression may include:
Tearfulness and hopelessness
Irritability
Loss of interest
Sleep disturbances
Lack of energy
Slowed thinking

Thoughts of death

Mine is from losing my parents and I tend to relive the day mom passed away, this is a horrible feeling and I tend to want to be alone and not want to be around people .
