Wyman's of Maine frozen fruit products. My son is a very big fruit fan. It is hard to get the fruits he likes all times of the year. The stores do sell them but, they are not very good all year round. So Wyman's had given me the chance to review their products. I picked the blueberries which is Zachary's favorite and mixed berries. Let's start of with me letting you know, many store carry their products. They are not hate to find. When I think of frozen fruit I think of gushy pieces of fruit. With Wyman's you get nice flavorful pieces of fruit. They are as yummy as they were when they were frozen. They pick their fruit at the peak of flavor and healthy goodness. Fresh to frozen  they are as nutritious as they were before. Wild blueberry mango chutney recipe:

1⁄2 cupRaspberry vinegar
1⁄2 cupSugar
1 Onion, medium (minced)
1 teaspoonFresh ginger (minced)
1⁄8 teaspoonGround cinnamon
1 teaspoonLemon rind (minced)
1 pinchCayenne pepper
1 pinchSalt
3 cupsWyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries
2 cupsWyman's Frozen Mango Chunks
1⁄4 cupDried Cranberries
Combine the vinegar, sugar, onion, ginger, cinnamon, lemon, pepper, and salt in a sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
Add 1 cup of Wild Blueberries, 2 cups Mangoes and the cranberries. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add remaining 2 cups blueberries and simmer another 10 minutes. For more information click here.
